We work with people and institutions willing to confront the world as it is…
and who are bold enough to reimagine how it could be.
We help institutions act before the rupture — not after.
RAKSHA is a geopolitical risk and anticipatory intelligence firm that works with institutions navigating fragility, complexity, and transformation. We combine AI-driven signal detection with deep contextual foresight to surface early-stage risks and design strategic responses before they escalate.
RAKSHA exists for those who understand that risk is relational, that intelligence is never neutral, and that navigating systemic disruption requires more than dashboards and data.
Who we work with
We partner with:
Philanthropic institutions seeking to anticipate fragility, protect grantees, or rethink influence in volatile regions
Corporates and family offices operating across frontier or fragile markets, concerned about policy volatility, reputational exposure, or long-term positioning
Multilaterals and INGOs aiming to embed anticipatory intelligence in decision-making, early warning systems, and strategic investments
Research networks, think tanks, and policy bodies exploring futures, systemic risk, or geostrategic shifts
The secret to our success
RAKSHA isn’t a consultancy. It’s a different model of intelligence.
At the core of our work is the Quiet Fracture Protocol™: a proprietary system that blends large language models, geospatial and OSINT data, human foresight, and systems modeling. It’s how we detect latent risks before they escalate, and how we help institutions act with clarity when it counts.
But our real difference? We don’t deal in fear. We deal in relational, rigorous, and values-driven intelligence.
Our Core Portfolios
These are the terrains we work across — interlinked, dynamic, and built for decision-making.
1. Quiet Fractures & Hybrid Intelligence
We fuse AI, OSINT, and human intelligence to detect systemic disruptions before they escalate. This portfolio powers all of our offerings.
2. Risk Architecture in Fragile & Frontier Contexts
We help institutions operating in high-risk regions design early warning systems, scenario frameworks, and adaptive risk strategies.
3. Simulation, Risk & Scenario Labs
Immersive environments to pressure-test decisions, explore cascading futures, and build strategic fluency before crisis hits.
4. Reputation Risk & Influence Ecosystems
We decode disinformation flows, narrative tipping points, and perception risk — helping clients build reputational resilience.
5. Strategic Design for Mission-Aligned Institutions
For philanthropic and multilateral actors, we provoke future readiness, interrogate blind spots, and co-create just trajectories.
This is anticipatory intelligence built differently. We don’t just forecast. We provoke, decode, and partner. And we do it with care, precision, and courage
We do things differently
*
We do things differently *
We’re not here to tell you what you already know.
We’re here to help you see what’s coming, decode what it means, and act when it matters.
Our work doesn’t sit in dashboards. It moves across relationships, power structures, and political time.
It’s rigorous. It’s intimate. And it’s built for institutions that want to lead through the unknown .

Get started in three simple steps
1 | Discovery call
We begin every engagement with a discovery call during which you’ll share your current situation, your goals, and where you need the most support. After learning a bit about you, we’ll go over our process and give you some time to ask your own questions. If it’s a good fit, the next step is to book an Intelligence Roadmap.
2 | Book Intelligence Roadmap
The Intelligence Roadmap begins with an in-depth video call during which we’ll dig into your unique challenges and goals. We’ll then design a bespoke Roadmap with clear next steps for how our services can make your goals a reality. From there, if you want to work together, your Roadmap investment will be applied toward any of my recommended products or advisory services.
Investment: $850*
*Includes the interview and a written brief that identifies your customized plan to achieve your goals. This cost is applied to any of my services moving forward.
3 | Gain Access to Bespoke Intelligence & Risk Analysis
Once we’ve clarified the most productive way to work together during the Intelligence Roadmap process, you’ll gain access to our unique and comprehensive product and advisory services. Your specific product and advisory service price will be determined during the creation of the Intelligence Roadmap.
