I founded RAKSHA because I was tired of watching institutions pretend they didn’t see the rupture coming.
Risk gets treated as technical: something to model and monitor. But the failures I’ve seen weren’t data problems. They were choices: what was ignored, who stayed silent, which warnings were too inconvenient to act on.
I’ve spent two decades inside this. Advising UN agencies, multilateral bodies, and governments on crisis response and systemic risk. Building intelligence and foresight capabilities across complex portfolios. Operating in environments where timing and judgment determined outcomes.
RAKSHA is the system I kept looking for and never found. Intelligence infrastructure that surfaces what’s forming early, and forces decisions while options still exist.
