Ed Halliday
Chief of Staff

Ed Halliday is an entrepreneur, startup COO and venture builder who loves helping early-stage startups build the tools and culture to scale. He has particular experience in edtech, health tech and AI, and has spent the last 13 years working with entrepreneurs in the UK, Middle East and South America, helping to build 100+ new ventures and upskill over 4,000 entrepreneurial people.

He currently combines a portfolio of roles including: COO at Fyma AI, a commercial real estate AI startup; AI and Entrepreneurship Lecturer at Bristol University; and founder coach at Capital Enterprise. After beginning his career in management consulting, he has also acted as Director of Growth Operations at Focaldata AI, COO at Fire Tech (acquired by MyTutor) and Operations Director at La Fosse Academy and Coschool.

He has a first-class MA from Oxford University, and is a Fellow of the Unreasonable Institute.
